Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah Said That Kashmir is the Jugular Vein of Pakistan.IN 1846 Kashmir was under Sikh Empire.IN This Year British defeat Sikhs and After That British Under the Treaty of Amritsar Sold Jammu & Kashmir to Gulab Singh for Rs 7.5 Million.IN 1857 Gulab Singh Died and Rambir Singh become Maharaja or Ruler.IN 1925 Hari Singh become the Maharaja.IN 1947 British give the Right to Princely States.to Join Either Pakistan or India or Remain Independent.The Kashmir was Muslim Majority State and Kashmiri People Want to Join Pakistan and it was very Clear that Maharaja will not go Against the Will of Kashmiri People but ON 26 October 1947 The Maharaja Against the Will of Kashmiri People Sign Controversial Instrument of Accession with India.After That Kashmiri People stand up for Their Right of Freedom and start Movement for Their Rights.The Maharaja Left Kashmir and Ran to India.India Sent Huge Number of Army to Occupy Kashmir.IN 1947 War Started Between Pakistan and India on Kashmir Issue.Indian Army Illegally Capture Srinagar Airport and Capture the Capital of Kashmir.ON January 1 1948 India Ran to United Nations Because India has a Fear That They Will Lose the War and all Illegally Occupied Territory.IN 1949 UN done Ceasefire between Pakistan and India.After That Ceasefire Line declared as Line of Control (LOC).UN Security Council and UN Commission for India and Pakistan Passed Several Resolutions on Kashmir.According to UNSC Resolution of 21 April 1948 it was Stated That Both India and Pakistan Desire That Question of Accession of Jammu and Kashmir to India or Pakistan should be Decided Through the Democratic Method of Free and Impartial Plebiscite.United Nation Security Council (UNSC) Clearly Declared That Kashmir is a Disputed Territory and it is not the Part of India.India Promised in UN that It will Conduct Plebiscite in Kashmir but 69 Years Gone India did not Fulfill Its Promise and UN also Fail to implement its Resolution.If Now Any War Starts Then UN and Whole World will be Responsible Because when UN did not do Their Work Then Every Country Will Leave UN and UN become League of Nation.
